IVY Endowment

Ivy Endowment, Inc. was established in 1979 by members of Alpha Mu Omega chapter to ensure the chapter's commitment to support education of young women in Central Indiana. Since its inception, Ivy Endowment, Inc. has awarded more than $350,000 in scholarships.

Each year, Ivy Endowment selects young women for scholarship awards. Scholarship recipients have become successful educators, physicians, business women and community leaders.  This year, there are three scholarship categories.  Please see below for the criteria and application form for each.

High School Scholarship Criteria: This scholarship is open to African American female seniors enrolled in an accredited high school in Central Indiana.
To be considered for a scholarship the student must have at least a minimum cumulative grade point average of C+ (2.5) or higher on a 4.0 grading scale.  For a copy of the application, please click here.

Undergraduate Renewal Scholarship Criteria:  This scholarship is open to previous scholarship recipients. 
To be considered for a scholarship the student must have at least a minimum cumulative grade point average of C+ (2.5) or higher on a 4.0 grading scale.  For a copy of the application,  please click here.

Vera Forte McCain Graduate Scholarship Criteria:
  This scholarship is open to a member of Alpha Mu Omega Chapter pursuing a graduate degree.  To be considered for this scholarship, the Soror must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of B (3.0) or higher on a 4.0 grading scale.  For a copy of the application, please click here.

Application Deadline: The application deadline for all scholarships is January 13, 2012.  Any individual who submits a completed application will receive follow up communication.
